Settemila miglia a bordo di un gommone di serie. Il monrealese Sergio Davì ne ha pensata un’altra. E partirà il prossimo 21 giugno, alle ore 12 da Palermo, in direzione New York. Torna in mare il “capitano” dunque che sfiderà i ghiacci dell’Islanda e della Groenlandia, le insidie dell’Oceano fino ad arrivare negli Stati Uniti.
Dopo Amsterdam, Capo Nord, Rio de Janeiro e Recife, per Davì è di nuovo avventura. La sua Ice Rib Challenge, secondo le stime, durerà circa 70 giorni, con tappe da 600, 700 miglia marine con tappe a Maiorca, Gibilterra, Cascais, Vigo, Ribadeo, Brest, Newlyn, Dun Laoghaire, Belfast, Lochboisdale, Torshavn, Reykjavik, Qaqortoq, St. Anthony, Halifax, Clark’s Harbour, Boston, Stonington e New York.
