Italy on Monday celebrated after the country's Milena Canonero took home her fourth Oscar Sunday night for best achievement in costume design for The Grand Budapest Hotel. It was her third collaboration with director Wes Anderson after The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou and The Darjeeling Limited.
Twitter was abuzz with congratulations for the Turin-born costume designer from Italians watching the program live on Sky Italia's Sky Cinema Oscar channel. And Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi tweeted: "Congratulations to Milena Canonero, elegance, grace and talent at the Oscars."
