Lunedì 21 luglio, alla St. John University è stato presentato Geraldine Ferraro, Paving the Way il documentario sulla vita della prima donna nella storia degli USA candidata a vice presidente.
Ad aprire l'evento, Brian Browne, vice presidente per le relazioni governative dell'Università:"Trenta anni fa questo mese – ha detto Browne -- Geraldine Ferraro fece storia accettando la nomina di vice presidente del suo partito".
