L'ambizione di Lavazza per il Nord America è quella di farne il secondo mercato dopo l'Italia, nei prossimi cinque anni: i fattori chiave saranno la partnership con GMCR (azienda leader nel settore del caffè e delle macchine da caffè di cui Lavazza possiede l'8%) e una strategia multi-canale e multi-prodotto, già in atto, che farà leva su tutte le categorie e i segmenti, dalle capsule, al Roast & Ground nel consumo sia domestico sia del fuori casa.
