
Magazzino’s Co-Founders Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu will discuss the development of their passion for and collection of Murano glass. Murano Glass: Olnick Spanu Collection, a film by Anton Giulio and Siretta Onofri, providing insight into, as well as footage of, glass production in the storied factories of Venice and featuring interviews with Nancy Olnick, Giorgio Spanu, and Ferruccio Franzoia, who collaborated with Carlo Scarpa, will be available on Magazzino’s website on Wednesday, May 20.
This screening will be accompanied by images of rare works in the Olnick Spanu collection and a Q&A on Instagram Live with Co-founders Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. EST.
