Starting today, June 14th, the new Prenot@Mi portal – available at https://prenotami.esteri.it – will replace the current Prenota OnLine and will be used to book appointments for consular services. After having registered and chosen the relevant Consulate, you will be able to book appointments only on the new portal from the first available date set by the Consulate.

Please note that the appointments already booked through the Prenota OnLine portal currently used will still be honoured. The new portal will progressively replace the current one, which will remain active until all the appointments already scheduled have been completed.
