Antonello Pierro, of Pierro Associates, has over two decades of legal experience in the areas of Corporate, M&A, Banking, Professional Liability, Real Estate and international business transactions. He represents American clients, both individuals and companies, who acquire businesses and real estate property in Italy. Additionally, Antonello handles complex litigation in the Italian courts. Antonello graduated from the School of Law at "La Sapienza" University in Rome in 1995. He was admitted to the Italian State Bar in 1999 and the California State Bar as a Foreign Legal Consultant in 2019 and amongst many other things, is also a member of the National Italian American Bar Association (NIABA).
