RM Sotheby’s 18-19 January Arizona auction is one of 2018 first major auction, and is set to include the sale of one collector’s substantial collection. A total of 11 cars will be offered, ranging from one of the earliest Alfa Romeos to a Ferrari California T.

The collection is being offered entirely without no reserve, and while all the cars on offer warrant the spotlight, the real star of the show has to be the G1 Alfa Romeo. This was the very first model produced when the former A.L.F.A. (Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili) joined forces with entrepreneur Nicola Romeo to become Alfa Romeo.
