This year's edition of the Musical Weeks Festival at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza opens May 25th and runs to June 25th. On offer are thirteen events, ranging from opera and chamber music performances and open auditions to special encounters and initiatives for young talents.
Opening night sees an interesting musical fusion that blends Vivaldi and Astor Piazzolla, an event that follows a Conversation with Luis Bacalov, and Oscar-winning composer responsible for a number of successful film soundtracks.
