Dear Friends, I am running for Mayor of San Francisco and I am so excited and energized at the opportunity to again serve the city that I love! My commitment to public service comes straight from my heart - I was born and raised here, I raised my children here. I have served on the Board of Supervisors, where I was also elected President of the Board.

I built a law practice that fights for the civil rights of the hardest working people in San Francisco, and was a finalist for 2001 National Trial Lawyer of the Year by the National Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. Now I am stepping back into politics because City Hall is failing all of us.

We are facing a homelessness epidemic, San Franciscans can no longer afford the sky-high rents, and neighborhoods are experiencing chronic car break-ins. I am the only candidate in this race with the passion, integrity, and experience to put San Francisco back on track.
