The worlds of Buca di Beppo and buffets collide when Buca Café Italiano debuts at Bally's Las Vegas today. All day long, from breakfast to dinner, pick up the traditional Italian dishes Buca is known for along with different buffets all day long.
Robert Earl, chairman and CEO of Planet Hollywood International is behind this new concept that sits alongside Tequila Taqueria that just opened at the resort last week. Diners sit at one of 300 seats in places such as the Pope room.
