What would a great lunch restaurant look like? It's a question James Beard Award-winning chef Chris Bianco has been working to answer over the past few months as he's reworked the menu at his restaurant on Van Buren Street near downtown Phoenix.
The space was previously home to Roland's Cafe Market Bar, which Bianco helped open with Nadia Holguin and Armando Hernandez of Tacos Chiwas. After Roland's shuttered suddenly in 2019, Bianco reopened the space as a second location of Pane Bianco.
