Ciro Poppiti III has been appointed the new board president of Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition effective July 1. He will be supported by vice president Matt Stehl, treasurer Bradley Slaney and secretary Sue Bowlby. Poppiti has formerly served on the DBCC board as secretary, treasurer and vice president.
He serves as New Castle County register of wills since being elected in 2010. Under his leadership, the office launched an innovative program that has audited over $150 million in unaccounted assets, netting some $2.3 million in “found” money for New Castle County.
