Franchitto receives honor from Italian American group

Diana Franchitto, president and CEO of Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island (HHCRI), was recently honored by the Rhode Island Region of the National Organization of Italian American Women as one of its 2015 Three Wise Women. The award is given annually to three of Rhode Island’s most accomplished women of Italian descent.
President and CEO of HHCRI since 2008, Franchitto has overseen a period of growth and expansion at the hospice organization, which was the second in the nation to be formed.
