Last year, British couple Jon and Annmarie Nurse raffled off their four-bedroom Italian Villa, donating $64,600 of the raffle's profit to Children's Society, a charity based in England and Wales. Now, they're back again to raffle off a beach house located in Italy's Costa degli Dei ("Coast of the Gods) region. 

The home is newly renovated and has two bedrooms and two baths. The first floor is described as having a spacious kitchen with modern appliances and a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet. Meanwhile, the second floor features two bedrooms, one of which has been reconfigured as an extra living area. Both offer an entrance to the balcony where you'll have a prime view of the sea below.
