From March 10-12, a delegation of some of Italy's top food and beverage brands will travel to Las Vegas to exhibit with the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce at the annual NGA Show, organized by the National Grocers Association. The IACC will be joined by members including Bindi, Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano, Coop Italian Food North America, Garofalo, Monini, Pomì and Resi who will exhibit together as "Italian Flavors: A Culinary Collective."
As part of the NGA Show's educational programming, Coop Italian Food's Commercial Director Paolo Bonsignore will lead a session entitled "International Case Study: A Revolutionary Approach to Private Label," during which he will share how Coop drove customer loyalty and doubled its private label market share from 26% to 50% in just 4 years.
In addition to exhibiting at the show, the IACC will host members of the trade at Canaletto Restaurant for "Buy, Eat, Live Italian," an exclusive tasting dinner and brand showcase featuring a specially-developed tasting menu curated by Chef Massimiliano Lanzafame.
