Italy takes three spots among top ten of world’s best small universities

The British weekly higher education magazine The Times has published their rankings of the world’s top universities with less than 5,000 students: Italy and France dominate, each conquering three positions among the top ten. The USA and South Korea also make the podium.

Pisa’s Normale and Sant’Anna schools, as well as the Free University of Bolzano, are among the 10 best small universities in the world. This statement comes from Times Higher Education magazine, who published their new worldwide ranking of the 20 top colleges with fewer than 5,000 students, which also teach and conduct research in at least four disciplines.
