A tortellini-making class will be held on Saturday, Nov. 14, at the Italian Cultural Center of Western Mass. The long class that starts at 1 p.m. and supplies will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring an apron to wear while they work and can take home the tortellinis that they make.
Space is limited. The cost of the class is $25 for ICC members/$20 for ICC member children of 12 years and under or $30 per adult non-member/$25 for non-member children 12 years and under.
