With Valentine's Day on the horizon now is the perfect time to get cracking on booking your romantic getaway, but with so many places to choose from on the UK’s doorstep, how will you know where to go? Romantic getaways to Italy have seen a significant rise in popularity, with searches for "Italy romantic holidays" increasing by 240% and "couples’ holidays" surging by 110% in the last three months.
