Bill Bennett of Maestros Country Italian Cuisine brings his family Italian recipes to North Conway. After a recent kitchen fire, the menu was refocused on sustainable, organic and local products. Local farms they have teamed up with include White Gates Farm in Tamworth for grass-fed beef and Sherman Farm for local produce and dairy products. He also uses locally grown mushrooms from New Hampshire Mushroom Company and those from a local forager.
Menu items are listed in Italian and specialties include Fregola Sopra Gamberi, wild-caught shrimp and pancetta that is char-grilled and served with local mushrooms, organic bitter greens, toasted Fregola and a red peperonata purée.
