A familiar Erie restaurant starts a new chapter in its long history on Sunday using a new platform to serve Italian food to the community. Chuck and Ginny’s Italian Restaurant used to operate as a pop-up at the Saga Club, but now, it’s taking its business on wheels.

The C&G Food Truck had its grand opening today at Erie Ale Works, serving homemade pasta to hungry customers. The original Chuck and Ginny’s at West 5th Street was formerly owned by two sisters who cooked with family recipes.
