A new Italian restaurant is going to open in Fort Lauderdale: Bufarella, la pizza di Napoli. The restaurant will offer to customers the ancient tradition of historical dishes in an innovative and unique concept. The pizza will be cooked in a wood oven specially built in Naples, and inside the restaurant the processing of handmademozzarella can be admired through the windows setted up to watch the workshop.
The menu will be 100% Italian style with fresh products and served with innovation and elegance. In addition to the traditional Neapolitan pizzas, you can enjoy products based on mozzarella di bufala, pasta served directly in the pan, desserts and gourmet gelato.
