‘I first visited Capri in 2002, on my honeymoon. My husband and I went late in the summer and we loved everything about it. We stayed at the Grand Hotel Quisisana, and I think we must have booked the tiniest room in the hotel because we could barely fit the luggage in, but we had such a good time.
Evening drinks at the hotel were a highlight before dinners around the island. I remember days spent swimming and lounging by the sea, long lunches, and evenings of window-shopping and walking the streets. I was struck by how lovely the Piazzetta was by day and night, with so much to see and do – there can be lots of people, but it has such a great energy. Capri is a breathtaking place and there’s beauty everywhere you look.’
