To accommodate as well as possible the numerous requests of new passports from Italian citizens residing in the Pittsburgh area, this Consulate General will be on a mission Saturday July 12 at the offices of the Pittsburgh Honorary Consul (Prof. Carla Lucente), Fisher Hall, 728, 600 Forbes Avenue.
On this occasion the appointed employee will collect completed requests and will record the mandatory digital fingerprints. However, passports will be issued later, in the Philadelphia passport office.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee processing new passport requests submitted on this occasion by the end of July. Accordingly, those planning to travel in early August should come in person to the Philadelphia passport office before said date.
To reserve your appointment for July 12, please email us at the address italyconsulpgh@gmail.com or call the number (412) 765-0273 from 9.30am to 12.30pm, providing your personal details, a phone number where you can be reached and a time preference for the appointment.
