Kimberly and Roger Sterry want to make mealtime easier. And if you like homemade lasagnas, raviolis, marinara and alfredo sauces, meatballs and more, the couple’s new business, Kimmy’s Cucina, 65 S. Mill St., offers a seasonal variety of premade Italian meals that are ready to heat and serve.
The frozen Italian meals are the main thrust of the gourmet food business. "It was like last December when we ordered our pasta machines and we started talking about what we wanted to start cooking. We wanted to start making lasagna and meatballs," she said. "... but not do the food service industry, not sitting restaurant style," she said.
