A little more than six months ago Shannon Scott and his wife opened the doors on Sud Italia, their reincarnation of personal travels to southern Italy. What's unique about the regional fare is the incorporation of more seafood and Mediterranean ingredients found in the lower coastal region of Italy.
In fact, teh restaurant has already made it's way to our heatmap this year. Shannon has just announced the hiring of a new executive chef, Ale "Sandro" Scarafile who's already taken his position at the helm of the kitchen.
