Join The National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), The George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs and WETA, the flagship public broadcasting station in the nation's capital, for a screening and discussion about The Italian Americans, a new film for PBS premiering nationally February 17 & 24, 9-11p — with special guest House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi.
The event will include a conversation with filmmaker John Maggio and journalist Maria Laurino, author of the companion book The Italian Americans: A History (W.W. Norton, December 2014).
