Poetry reading by Richard Vetere
Please join us as Richard Vetere presents his newly published book of poetry, The Other Colors in a Snow Storm. Richard Vetere's poetry is built on a beautiful, spare language that keeps him always on point. At times, bracing and revealing, Vetere is also capable of infusing his poetry with a good dose of sober comedy. As one reviewer said of his previous work, Vetere "demonstrates the ability to mix the poetic with the colloquial." Reading along with Richard will be other actors and actresses he has directed or worked with in the past including Gwen Bucci, Laura Lamberti Caroline de Fauw, Anthholula Katismtides and Joe Danisi. Two of his poems will be read in both English and Italian.

Copies of the book will be available for sale and signing.

About the author: Richard Vetere is the author of The Third Miracle, and co-author of the screenplay adaptation for producer Francis Ford Coppola. An avid playwright, his works include: Caravaggio; Machiavelli; Gangster Apparel and One Shot, One Kill. Vetere also wrote the novel Baroque and the cult-classic film Vigilante.
