Vicky Oakes, supervisor of elections, invites eligible college students to apply for one of three $1,200 scholarships through the Florida State Association of Supervisors of Elections a statewide, professional organization of the 67 Supervisors of Elections offices throughout the state of Florida.

The organization will award three $1,200 scholarships this year to political science, public or business administration or journalism/mass communication majors who have finished two years of junior college or undergraduate work.
