Ciao from Rome, welcome to the #105 magazine of We the Italians! Gee, it’s hot here in Rome, this July!
A few days ago I had the pleasure to be part of Mike Pilla’s “Patrimonio Italiano” show. Mike’s a great guy, informing about the Italians abroad, a great resource that Italy has not yet learned to appreciate and embrace the way they deserve. Here you can find the video of the 15 minutes chat Mike and I had.
Your team of friends from We the Italians is growing! We added a new wonderful column to our magazine. We will tell you about the Italian world of Design: one of the sectors where Italy is number one in the world! To do that, we welcome Giulia Maria Moschen Bracho: born in Venezuela from a Venezuelan mother and an Italian father, raised in Italy, she now lives in Spain and she consideres herself “a creative globetrotter”. Welcome Giulia!!
Another welcome is owed to the youngest member of our team: Riccardo Buttarelli. Riccardo is the smartest young Italian guy I’ve ever met. He will help us through the summer with our Instagram account. What? You didn’t know we had an Instagram account? That’s impossible! Jokes apart, you can find it here. Welcome Riccardo!!
Last but not least, we want to advertise another beautiful video about the most gorgeous country in the world, from our friends at italia.it. Please take a look, dream of visiting Italy every year, or better, not dream it, do it! We, the Italians, are looking forward to welcome you.
Once again, we encourage you to take a look at the 2017 Yearbook of We the Italians. It's selling very well, plenty of people interested in knowing the stories we told last year. So thanks, and please keep buying that, here!
Please, join us in our social media presence: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube!
That’s all for now. So stay tuned, fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride. The future’s so bright, we gotta wear shades!
