Italian midfielder Marco Micaletto has signed with South Georgia Tormenta FC’s USL League One team, pending league and federation approval. As a starting midfielder for Tormenta’s 2018 League Two team, the Rome native helped the team clinch the Deep South Division championships, scoring 4 goals and completing 2 assists throughout the season.
"Marco is a player that is perfectly suited to what we are trying to build at Tormenta,” USL League One head coach John Miglarese said. “He had a fantastic PDL season with us this past summer.” “He brings mobility, creativity and a lot of energy to our midfield,” Miglarese said. “I am delighted to have signed him."
