People flocked to Peoria's Knights of Columbus Sunday to fill up on spaghetti dinners for a good cause.
The first Italian American Society spaghetti dinner ended with full bellies and a lot of donations.
The event is supposed to be one of the organizations biggest fundraisers.
Organizers say the hearty meal is a way to spread Italian culture along with a little love to charity.

The society hopes to raise more than three thousand dollars dollar for the Salvation Army, American Red Cross, and Sisters of Charity.
