Hon. Frank Seddio, the Democratic Party boss in Kings County and current president of the Brooklyn Bar Association, is a man of many talents, but perhaps his most distinguished ability is his flair for cooking. Every year, hundreds of members of Brooklyn’s legal and political communities head to Seddio’s office in Canarsie, like they did last Friday, where he prepares his specialties, pasta con sarde and eggplant, during his annual St. Joseph’s feast.
The feast, which started in 2009, is co-sponsored by the Catholic Lawyers Guild and the Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn. Seddio explained that he wanted to host an event that stood out among the many organizations so he and his former law partner Frank Carone chose St. Joseph’s.
