Montclair resident, Cara Di Falco has created Cara’s Cucina, YouTube’s first and only Emmy Nominated cooking show, according to a release. Cara Di Falco is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a professional broadcast journalist. Together with her two-time Emmy Award winning husband, Eddie Ojeda, they set out to combine their love of producing great content and great food. Cara’s Cucina airs every Wednesday on YouTube.
Viewers of the show say “Cara could be on Food Network!” and “I love trying new recipes and meals, thanks for sharing.” Each episode showcases a recipe, step by step, in an easy and lighthearted fashion, making cooking accessible to everyone. Cara’s Cucina is a food education company that encourages everyday people to live healthier, by inspiring them to cook at home. Di Falco shares Italian and Italian-American culture and tradition through food, travel, and workshops.
