A second location of Old Fourth Ward Italian restaurant A Mano opens next summer on Sylvan Road in the southwest Atlanta neighborhood of Capitol View, What Now Atlanta first reported. Opened in 2017 at the corner of Ralph McGill Boulevard and Glen Iris Drive, owner George DeMeglio tells Eater he hopes to begin construction on the restaurant this summer, which will be built from the ground up on the site.
DeMeglio says he never intended to open a second location of A Mano. But those plans changed after he participated in the Beltgrind road race two years ago. The bike race travels through the southern and western portions of the Beltline trail in Atlanta.
