New Italian deli in North Myrtle Beach to feature imported meats, house-made cheesecake

Nick Sarabella has been like a DJ recently. He’s been taking requests. Acquaintances that know he’s about to open an Italian deli in North Myrtle Beach have been giving him lists of specific hard-to-find Italian foods that they want him to stock and sell. “We’re going to try to accommodate everybody that’s been asking me,” Sarabella said. “Every day somebody gives me a list, like, ‘My husband asked if you can get this.’ “

Sarabella hopes to open Sarabella’s Italian Deli in the Shops on Main by Christmas, but he’s awaiting the delivery of some equipment. His sandwiches will feature a variety of Boar’s Head cold cuts, Italian cold cuts like mortadella and prosciutto, and numerous imported cheeses.
