Rome's Trastevere neighborhood hosts The Italian Landscape Seen Through 134 Photos (January 24 - April 20). On view in the Museo di Roma in Trastevere are photos taken of Bell'Italia between 1950 and 2010; curation by Walter Liva has rendered the exhibition exceptional in its capacity to travel the panoramas of the Peninsuala temporally and creatively.
Snapshots evidence the varying schools of thought of the photographers, whether they adhere to pictorialism, the aesthetic and spirit of Croce, the La Gondola vision, Neorealism, or the landscape photography of the Touring Club Italiano.
