At the annual Bocce Tournament held Sept. 11 at Mulligan’s Pointe in Georgetown, UNICO National President Steve Pelonero and local UNICO Rehoboth Area Chapter President Ed Mason joined the many who attended the event in support of the eighth annual Brian Piccolo Award.
Monetary prizes and raffle items (50/50 and gift cards) were awarded as the day of sport, good food and great weather made the day’s events especially enjoyable. David Sciortino was the tournament director. The proceeds will be used to support the Annual Brian Piccolo Award and dinner, which grants $1,000 to a Sussex County high school athletic team and gifts worth over $200 to all those nominated by their school and coaches.
