When Gaetano Iacono lived in Prince’s Bay, he never had any ideas about becoming an actor, but after seeing a casting call for movie extras in the Staten Island Advance in 2003, he never looked back.
Today, Iacono is directing and starring in his first feature-length horror film “Demon’s Playground,” which is set for an invite-only premiere on Friday, Nov. 13. A wide release has yet to be announced.
