The eleventh edition of the Aspen Institute Italia Award for scientific research and collaboration between Italy and the United States is now underway.
The prize is given each year to a research project in the natural, theoretical or applied sciences that results from collaboration between scientists and/or research institutions in Italy and the United States.
The Award grants an annual gross sum of forty thousand euros to the winning project that meets the following criteria:
• focuses on natural, theoretical or applied sciences
• has been carried out jointly by research organizations primarily based in Italy and the United States
• has been published after January 1, 2019 in scientific journals that subject research to peer review
As in previous editions, any project submitted will automatically remain eligible for the following two editions without needing to be resubmitted.
