The fires that erupted in Baltimore's Little Italy neighborhood on a Sunday night have not only taken a toll on residents' nerves but have also led to the arrest of 29-year-old Kyle Scott. Court records indicate Scott faces multiple arson-related charges, including attempted arson, arson to trash containers, and malicious burning.
Amidst the confusion and fear, Tony DeMarco, a resident, took action, vigilantly pursuing the alleged arsonist, who had sparked fear through acts of vandalism stretching from trash can fires to demolished sideview mirrors; Scott is also believed to have vandalized several vehicles, Rodney Brown, one victim of the vandalism, in a frustration-lined inquiry to Fox Baltimore, expressed a desire to confront the perpetrator, saying, "I would just like to look in his eyes and say dude, you know, you cost me, whatever.
