This month, we celebrate Italian-American Heritage Month — a time to reflect on the generations of Italian families whose courage, faith, and hard work helped build the foundation of Western New York. For me, this celebration is deeply personal.
arlier this month, I had the honor of joining the Federation of Italian-American Societies and community members at Niagara Square for the annual Italian Flag Raising Ceremony, where I presented a proclamation on behalf of Erie County recognizing Italian-American Heritage Month.
