The Italian valves and faucets industry is reaching a new milestone – serving both residential markets and large-scale infrastructure while strengthening its global footprint. In 2024 the sector generated about €9.55 billion in revenue, a 1.8% increase from the previous year, with exports accounting for nearly two-thirds of the total.
Exports have been the driving force, especially during the first half of 2025, when overseas sales rose by roughly 4.6% to exceed €3 billion. The United States has become the leading destination and the fastest-growing market, followed by Germany and Saudi Arabia, while exports to China saw a slight decline.
