Not only does Lidia Bastianich have a new cookbook, she's coming to Rhode Island. Twice. In less than a month. The celebrity chef will be signing copies of "Lidia's The Art of the Pasta," at Dave's Fresh Marketplace, 1000 Division St. in East Greenwich on Saturday, Oct. 25 beginning at noon.
The books are available only at the East Greenwich store now on sale for $20. They have a list price of $35. Books must be purchased at Dave’s to be signed. Here's a bonus: It's also the “Local Tasting Weekend“ at Dave's with more than 30 companies sampling their items in East Greenwich that day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (Smithfield Crossing has a tasting on Sunday, Oct. 26 from noon to 3 p.m.)
