The Naples Italian American Foundation honored retired U.S. Air Force Col. Rick LoCastro on Nov. 11 during its annual Veterans Day luncheon. Members, veterans, and families celebrated LoCastro's military service and civic leadership.
LoCastro — an Air Force Academy graduate, retired full colonel, former commander of multiple major Air Force bases, and current Collier County Commissioner — emphasized the critical importance of honoring U.S. veterans.
