“Opera Italiana is in the Air” returns to the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park on Wednesday, September 24, starting at 5:30 p.m.
The concert, which is completely free, will be presented by journalist Patrick Riley, while Maestro Alvise Casellati, currently artistic director of the Teatro Massimo in Palermo, will conduct the orchestra composed of musicians from prestigious institutions such as the Juilliard School of Music, the MET Opera, the New York Philharmonic, and the Manhattan School of Music.
