A Palm Beach native and New Orleans-trained chef will make her reality show debut Jan. 29 on the Gordon Ramsay–helmed "Next Level Chef" competition. Gabrielle Coniglio — whose family has long been involved in Palm Beach-area restaurants and whose mother is former Mayor Gail Coniglo — is among a select group of chefs competing on the show, which combines mentorship and high-stakes culinary challenges.
Coniglio, 34, returned to Palm Beach in 2020 after honing her skills in New Orleans, New York, and California. Representing her hometown on a national stage is both an honor and a thrill, she told the Palm Beach Daily News.
