Dear Italian citizens, we are aware that the steadily growing number of Italians turning to us for passport renewals may make it difficult for users to secure an appointment. As you may know, new passport appointments are made available every day at midnight Italian time (6:00 PM in Miami), as well as on Thursday mornings, when at least 80 new slots are released for the following week.
In this way, the total number of passport appointments available each week ranges between 150 and 170. In order to continue offering more and better consular services to our large community in the southeastern United States, we are pleased to inform you that we are further strengthening this essential service.
