Rain didn’t stop the celebration Monday morning as Mayor Andre Sayegh raised the Italian flag outside City Hall to mark Columbus Day and honor longtime public servant and proud Italian American, Commissioner Pasquale “Pat” Lepore.
The ceremony, attended by local officials, community members, and representatives from the Knights of Columbus, served as a tribute to Lepore’s decades of leadership, both in government and civic life.
