PolentoNY presents “The Italian Way”

The networking association PolentoNY is delighted to invite 10 friends from We The Italians to an authentic Italian experience in NYC, both elegant and informal! The first event of the series “The Italian Way” will take place at Sulla Luna NY (41 Carmine Street, Greenwich Village) on Sunday, November 9 at 10 am.

Fabrizio and Andreea, the owners of FABTAILORS (Trieste), have a passion for organizing unique tailoring events around the world. You will get human stories and fashion knowledge: tips and insights about style, etiquette, and the art of tailoring.

How the Event Works:

• Welcome (30min): Guests enjoy an Italian breakfast while meeting each other.

• Presentation (15-20min): Fabrizio gives a 15–20 minute talk, sharing the surprising and creative side of tailoring, based on his background as a neuroscientist.

• Interactive Session (30-60min): Guests can touch fine fabrics, explore tailoring details, and ask questions to Fabrizio and Andreea to discover what is behind the making of shirts, jackets, suits and accessories.

• Live Demo (20min): If time allows, guests can watch a demonstration of hand-painting on fabric.

• Closing: Short conclusive remarks and thank you.

Please note: the event will be in English!
